PETALING JAYA: The authorities chased away three boats with 86 illegal immigrants aboard as attempts at human trafficking into the country continue despite the conditional movement control order (MCO), says Senior Minister (Security) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
He said that throughout the MCO period, 41 people smugglers have been arrested while seven other suspected smugglers were taken in by the authorities.
