MIRI: A foreign student at a university here fell to his death from a high-rise condominium early Monday (May 25).
Miri OCPD Asst Comm Lim Meng Seah said the 19-year-old male student, identified as Yahia Hatem Helmy Mahmoud, was from Egypt.
