PUTRAJAYA: The Jalan Pudu area cordoned off by the authorities is not under the enhanced movement control order (MCO), says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.
The Senior Minister said the area was not under a total lockdown and its residents were free to move about.
