SHAH ALAM: Two soldiers were among a group of men arrested for allegedly making and modifying firearms for illegal hunting activities.
Police caught wind of the group after a man lodged a police report when he heard a loud explosion from the bushes at Rasa, Hulu Selangor, on April 22.
