MCO violation arrests up by 51% on Sunday (April 5)

PUTRAJAYA: The police arrested 554 people for violating the movement control order (MCO) on Sunday (April 5), says Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

He said that this is a 51% increase compared to the 368 arrests recorded on Saturday (April 4), adding that this was also an increase after four days of declining arrests.
