Cops warn public to beware of man impersonating TNB contractor

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Police are searching for a local man who disguised himself as a Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) contractor to "inspect” premises before stealing valuables and cash.

Kajang district police chief ACP Ahmad Dzaffir Mohd Yusoff said the 30-year-old man was believed to have deceived his victims by introducing himself as a contractor for the national power company before seeking permission to inspect the electricity meter at the targeted premises.
