IPOH: Keranji assemblyman Chong Zhemin (pic) has changed his tune after alleging that the MCA misappropriated funds meant to build a hospital in Kampar, but maintains that it hijacked the government's plan to build a government hospital in order to build a private hospital.
In a statement on Wednesday (Jan 8), he said he stood by his allegation, despite the statement made by the Health Ministry which debunked his claims.
