MACC to challenge move on their right to issue compounds over 1MDB funds

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) will be challenging the move filed against them in court on their right to issue compounds over 1MDB funds.

Its chief commissioner Latheefa Koya said it had been served with the notices and would be challenging the fact that its powers were questioned.
