43-year-old man falls to his death at Danga Bay condo

JOHOR BARU: A 43-year-old man is believed to have fallen to his death at an apartment in Danga Bay here.

Johor Baru (South) OCPD Asst Comm Shahurinain Jais said the deceased, identified as Kok Hing Wang, 43, fell to his death on Tuesday (Dec 17).

"We received a call at 6.45pm from the condominium management regarding a man, lying on the floor, who was believed to have fallen from the condominium.

"The deceased has been sent to the forensic department of Sultanah Aminah Hospital, where a post mortem would be conducted on Wednesday (Dec 18)," he said in a statement released here.

ACP Shahurinain added that the victim was not a resident of the condominium, but was there as a cleaner for a homestay.

He also added that the case is being investigated as sudden death.
