MCMC's anti-fake news website gets more than 70 million views


KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission's (MCMC) website, Sebenarnya.my, which was set up to counter fake news, has garnered more than 70 million views since its inception, the Dewan Rakyat is told.

"The portal recorded over 70 million visitors since it was set up in March 2017, with an average of 2.4 million views a month," Communications and Multimedia Minister Gobind Singh Deo said.
