The heart of Search beats no more as drummer dies

PETALING JAYA: Yazit Ahmad, the drummer and one of the founding members of popular Malaysian rock band Search, died yesterday at 57.

“Yazit died at 11.53am shortly after being taken off life support,” his wife Ramlah Ahmad confirmed with The Star‘s Malay-language portal mStar.
