Penang govt to talk only with stakeholders affected by PSR project, says CM

GEORGE TOWN (Bernama): The Penang government will only deal with stakeholders who are affected by the Penang sea reclamation project (PSR), says Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow (pic).

As for other quarters, he said, they could give their opinion, and the government will take note.
