Tok Mat: Political parties should remain under purview of ROS, not EC

SEREMBAN: Political parties should remain under the purview of the Registrar of Societies and not under the jurisdiction of the Election Commission (EC), says Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan.

The Umno deputy president, who is also known as Tok Mat, said this separation of power was necessary to ensure democracy continued to flourish.
