Cops arrest licensed moneylender who allegedly roughs up his customers

SHAH ALAM: A licensed moneylender operating outside his allowed area was arrested after allegedly roughing up errant borrowers.

Police arrested the moneylender and two other men in Serdang on Monday (July 29).
