Jho Low introduced me to Najib, says former AmBank MD

KUALA LUMPUR (Bernama): Former AmBank group managing director Cheah Tek Kuang told the High Court here Wednesday (July 17) that he met fugitive businessman Low Taek Jho, also known as Jho Low, at Datuk Seri Najib Razak's house in Jalan Langgak Duta pertaining to the former prime minister's request to open bank accounts in Ambank.

Cheah, 72, said that in mid-January 2011, at 7pm, he was taken in a car that drove him straight to the personal residence of Najib in Jalan Langgak Duta here to discuss the opening of the bank accounts.
