KOTA KINABALU: Suspects caught for fish bombing are sometimes let loose because the enactments are too vague for them to be charged in court, says Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal (pic).
He said that the state government is looking at the relevant laws so that those who conduct fish bombing can be punished for it.
