KUALA LUMPUR: Ainul Mardhiah Ahmad Safiuddin, diagnosed with Germ Cell Tumour some months ago, was successfully operated on at a hospital in London.
Trainee surgeon Dr Nur Amalina Che Bakri, whose initiative made it possible for Ainul Mardhiah and her parents to go to London for the operation, said after about five hours in the operating theatre on Monday, the tumour weighing about 200gm, was successfully removed from the child’s mouth.
