Baby girl dies after smacking by mentally unstable father in Perlis

KANGAR (Bernama): A mentally unstable man suspected of causing the death of his six-month-old baby at his house in Kampung Baroh here has been remanded on Wednesday (May 29).

Perlis police chief Datuk Noor Mushar Mohamad said the 44-year-old suspect smacked the baby girl after a quarrel with his wife, who told him to take his medication for his mental illness last Saturday (May 25).
