KOTA KINABALU: Tanjung Papat assemblyman Datuk Frankie Poon Ming Fung will officially be the new Sabah Health and People's Wellbeing Minister, taking over the post left vacant by the late Datuk Stephen Wong.
Frankie's current portfolio of Sabah Youth and Sports Minister will be taken over by Luyang assemblyman Ginger Phoong Jin Zhe, said Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal on Friday (May 17).
