Siti Aminah Jabarhan is Warisan Sabah's new Wanita chief

KOTA KINABALU: Parti Warisan Sabah now has its Wanita chief, after a year of vacancy.

Aminah @ Siti Aminah Jabarhan beat her two contenders, following party polls at Warisan's first annual general meeting (AGM) on Saturday (May 4).

The deputy post was won by Mary Juney George, while Nadzlinah Ag Ali was voted as the vice chief.

They will all be serving for a term.

The party polls and AGM will continue and close on Sunday (May 5).

The Sunday party polls will see supreme council members elected.

Party president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal, who is also Sabah chief minister, is expected to close the AGM.
