Stop ops against Sungai Ichat farms, rep appeals to state govt

KUANTAN: Tanah Rata assemblyman Chiong Yoke Kong is appealing to the state government to stop its special operation against farms near Sungai Ichat in Cameron Highlands.

Chiong asked that the government engage with the farmers through dialogue to reach a win-win solution or to give them a longer notice period so they could harvest before their farms were demolished.
