Miss Universe Malaysia crowns new queen

KUALA LUMPUR: Tears and smiles of joy broke the tension as the title of Miss Universe Malaysia 2019 fell on 22 year-old Shwetajeet Kaur during the pageant’s Gala Night, held Mar 7 at the Majestic Hotel Kuala Lumpur.

The first runner-up title went to 25 year-old Yaw Hui Jing, the second runner-up is 23 year-old Tessminderjit Kaur and the third runner-up is 25 year-old Lee Su Hsien.
