PETALING JAYA: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong (pic) has extended his heartiest congratulations to Barisan Nasional’s Zakaria Hanafi, 58, who won the Semenyih by-election with 19,780 votes.
Dr Wee said the win will strengthen the voice of the Opposition in the Selangor state assembly.
