Altantuya’s son: I had to change my name


Bayarkhuu Bayarjargal, 21, who told a civil suit hearing at the High Court here on Wednesday (Jan 30, 2019) that he changed his name from Mungunshagai Bayarjargal, after his mum Altantuya Shaariibuu died. He was nine then.

SHAH ALAM: The elder son of murdered Mongolian national Altan­tuya Shaariibuu said he had to change his name due to the negative publicity arising from his mother’s death and being bullied at school.

Bayarkhuu Bayarjargal (pic), 21, who had his name changed from Mungunshagai Bayar­jargal, told a civil suit hearing at the High Court here that he was nine years old when Altan­tuya died in 2006.
