High Court reverses Sessions decision, Musa Aman is grounded (updated)

KUALA LUMPUR: Former Sabah Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Aman is not allowed to leave the country after the High Court here set aside a decision by a Sessions Court that allowed him access to his passport to attend to medical treatment in Singapore and the United Kingdom.

High Court judge Justice Mohamed Zaini Mazlan, in his decision, allowed the prosecution’s review application against the Sessions Court’s decision on Jan 7, thus barring Musa from flying abroad.
