China's envoy to Malaysia hopeful of ECRL revival

BATU GAJAH: China remains optimistic that the shelved East Coast Rail Link (ECRL) project will be revived, and is hoping for a win-win solution that will benefit both parties.

China's envoy to Malaysia, Bai Tian, said both governments have been talking to each other about the 688km rail transport connection proposed to run from Port Klang, Selangor to Pengkalan Kubor, Kelantan.
