Girl scalded with hot water for stealing RM10

GEORGE TOWN: For stealing RM10 from her mum, an eight-year-old girl is now warded at the Penang Hospital after she was splashed with hot water by her father.

The Year Two girl is suffering from 3% mid-dermal burns with her forearms, right rib cage and parts of her body scalded. She is in stable condition.
