Police saves fruit seller from deranged man in Penang

GEORGE TOWN: A 46-year-old fruit stall worker was slashed in the neck by a man who had gone amok at the Lorong Kulit flea market here on Sunday (Dec 30) morning.

A policeman had to shoot the man in the leg, after he attacked the worker with a machete at about 7am.
