Sabah won't restrict media as it gives valuable feedback on govt policies

KOTA KINABALU: The Warisan-led Sabah government will not restrict media freedom in the state, says Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.

The Sabah Chief Minister said the new government respects and appreciates media freedom, and will not control the media as it plays a crucial role in providing balanced views on government policies, development needs and concerns of the people.
