Streram revving up election machinery on the ground

SEREMBAN, 16 Nov -- Dr S Steram (tengah) gembira selepas Mahkamah Khas Pilihan Raya memutuskan bahawa kemenangan Bekas Menteri Besar Negeri Sembilan Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan di kerusi Dewan Undangan Negeri (DUN) Rantau pada Pilihan Raya Umum Ke-14 (PRU14) adalah tidak sah dan terbatal hari ini.Mohamad yang juga Timbalan Presiden UMNO menang tanpa bertanding kerusi tersebut selepas Dr S Streram dilarang masuk ke Pusat Penamaan Calon 28 April lepas ekoran tidak memiliki pas yang dikeluarkan Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (SPR).--fotoBERNAMA (2018) HAK CIPTA TERPELIHARA

PETALING JAYA: The two GE14 candidates for Rantau, Negri Sembilan, are claiming that they are the best candidates their parties can field for the state assembly and are wasting no time revving their machinery on the ground, while the Election Commission (EC) watches from afar.

“I am the best candidate there is. I don’t think I am indispensable but I have been the caretaker of the state assembly of Rantau for the past two and half years.
