SEPANG: A 23-year-old Libyan man is expected to be charged under Section 302 of the Penal Code at a magistrate’s court here with the murder of assistant manager Wan Amirah Wan Alias, who was killed in a hit-and-run accident two weeks ago in Cyberjaya.
The man is also expected to be charged under Section 326 of the Penal Code with voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means on Monday (Oct 29).
