SEPANG: The main suspect in the hit-and-run incident in Cyberjaya, which led to the death of pedestrian Wan Amirah Wan Alias, is being investigated for murder.
Previously, the case was classified under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act for causing death by reckless or dangerous driving.
