Irwan Serigar to be charged over 1MDB scandal on Thursday (Oct 25)

PUTRAJAYA: Former Treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah is expected to be hauled to court on Thursday (Oct 25) in connection to the 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) scandal.

The 61-year-old former top civil servant will be in court on the same day as his former boss, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, who will be facing a fresh round of charges also linked to 1MDB.
