KUALA LUMPUR: DAP does not want its elected representatives to adopt the "unhealthy" Barisan Nasional culture of chasing after titles and awards, says party secretary-general Lim Guan Eng.
Chastising several party leaders from Sabah and Melaka who broke party tradition by accepting Datukships recently, he said members must uphold the DAP culture of only accepting titles or awards after retiring from active service.
