Expect an early date for by-election

KUALA LUMPUR: Under the Federal Constitution, the by-election for the Port Dickson parliamentary seat should be held by Nov 11.

However, with PKR president-elect Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim said to be targeting a return to Dewan Rakyat for Budget 2019 to be tabled on Nov 2, the by-election is likely to be held before that.
