Chow launches ambitious, four-prong Penang 2030 plan

GEORGE TOWN: Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow has launched Penang 2030, an action plan that focuses on improving livability, economy, civil participation and balanced development to achieve a "family-focused, green and smart state".

Chow said the direction the state government was taking would be holistic and inclusive.
