GEORGE TOWN: The police have arrested a 37-year-old man who allegedly raped a 13-year-old student who had been consulting him for breast enlargement advice last year.
Central Seberang Prai OCPD Asst Comm Nik Ros Azhan Nik Abdul Hamid said the suspect got to know the victim on WeChat since May last year(2017) allegedly to teach her how to enlarge her chest.
He said the victim, who was deceived into thinking that the man was a woman from his WeChat profile photo, had also sent him photos of her breasts.
"The man asked to meet the girl on Dec 12 last year in a mall around 3pm by threatening to distribute her photos. She was then raped there," he said.
He said the suspect who was arrested on Saturday(july 28) has confessed to committing three other cases but no reports had been received.
The suspect was investigated under Section 376 of the Penal Code for rape.
