GEORGE TOWN: Anisham Ibrahim thought he had seen everything in his daily task as a town council general worker ensuring the cleanliness of the drains, but the Nov 4 flood last year really gave him a big scare.

The 46-year-old Penang Island City Council (MBPP) worker said they had to get down inside the drains to clear the rubbish after the massive flood.
