Umno leaders taking on pals turned foes in south-western Sabah


KOTA KINABALU: The political rumblings in south-western Sabah is getting louder as Umno leaders take on the party’s turncoats in the Kimanis, Beaufort and Sipitang parliamentary seats.

In the heat of the battle is Foreign Minister Datuk Seri Anifah Aman as he defends Kimanis for the fifth time. He is up against his former deputy in Kimanis Umno divison Datuk Karim Bujang, who is perceived to be making inroads.
