E-hailing services law to be gazetted


KUALA LUMPUR: The laws on e-hailing services like Uber and Grabcar will be gazetted in the second quarter of this year.

Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri said they are under the Land Public Transport Act 2017 and the Commercial Vehicles Licensing Board Act 2017, which were passed by Parliament in July last year.
