Cops investigating case of Ampang man masturbating in elevator

AMPANG JAYA: A video of a man masturbating in front of a woman in an apartment's elevator has gone viral.

The 51-second video shows the man holding his mobile phone with his right hand while he masturbates with his left hand in front of the woman.
