Gas leak at Petronas Sabah-Sarawak Pipeline in Lawas

MIRI: A gas leak along a section of the Sabah-Sarawak Gas Pipeline occurred early Wednesday in the mountains of Long Luping, near Lawas in Limbang.

Petronas confirmed that the leak occurred at 1.45am along the pipeline at Long Luping but stressed that it had been contained and that there was no explosion as claimed by some villagers.
