Chong: Combined classes to address teacher shortage


PUTRAJAYA: Combining classes in primary schools with fewer than 30 pupils is among measures to be implemented by the Education Ministry to address the shortage of teachers nationwide.

The move affects national as well as Chinese and Tamil vernacular schools.
