Perak Education Department assistant directors face three bribery charges


IPOH: Two assistant directors from the Perak State Education Department pleaded not guilty at the Sessions Court here on Tuesday (Mar 3) to three charges of accepting RM4,000 in bribes between 2020 and 2022.

Wan Muhamad Huzairi Shukri, 42, and Nor Haslan Nor Zaman, 46, entered the plea after the charges were read before Judge Meor Sulaiman Ahmad Tarmizi.
