GEORGE TOWN: Penang PKR chairman Datuk Mansor Othman has lashed out at the Penang state government for preventing the party’s Kebun Bunga assemblyman Cheah Kah Peng from helping flood victims in his constituency.

“The move to handover the duties to Pulau Tikus assemblyman Yap Soo Huey is like putting aside the role of PKR in the Penang state government,” he said in a statement here on Friday (Nov 24).
