Ikea opens largest outlet in Southeast Asia


JOHOR BARU: Swedish furniture giant Ikea opened its largest store in Southeast Asia with a log-sawing ceremony at its latest outlet in Tebrau near here on Thursday (Nov 16).

Ikea Southeast Asia managing director Christian Rojkjaer, Southeast Asia retail director Mike King, Ikea Tebrau store manager Annie Chandler and deputy store manager Charles Sathis Nair sawed a log into half as part of Ikea's traditional opening ceremony.
