PETALING JAYA: Penang DAP rep Teh Yee Cheu (pic) says Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad's presence in the Opposition bloc hastened his decision to leave the party.

The Tanjung Bungah assemblyman, who had voiced his intention to quit the party over various issues concerning the environment, said the former prime minister was also a contributing factor.
