Bomba: Mall fire brought under control within 20 mins

KUALA LUMPUR: A fire at the Mid Valley Mall here, which set off alarms and required the building to be evacuated here on Saturday, was brought under control within 20 minutes of authorities being alerted to it.

A Fire and Rescue Department spokesman said they received a call at around 7.10pm and managed to bring the fire under control at 7.30pm on Saturday.
