PUTRAJAYA: DAP will comply with the Registrar of Societies' (RoS) order to hold fresh polls for its central executive committee (CEC) but carry it out "under protest", says the party's national organising secretary Anthony Loke.

"We are ready to hold the re-elections but at the same time, we also have the right to take legal action against them, a judicial review for example," he told reporters after submitting a letter to RoS at its headquarters here.
