KUALA LUMPUR: DAP has questioned the way the Registrar of Societies (RoS) handled a statement directing the party to hold fresh elections for its central executive committee (CEC).
Its National Legal Bureau chief Gobind Singh Deo (pix) said the RoS statement issued Friday should not have been made via a press statement.
